This Privacy Policy explains how Areli Consulting LLC, doing business as Panoramic Nuggets ("Panoramic Nuggets," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit panoramicnuggets.com, contact us, or use our marketing services and software platform (together, the "Services").

We provide marketing services to businesses ("Clients"), including content creation, social media management, messaging, and advertising. When we handle information on behalf of a Client, such as a Client's customers or leads, we act as that Client's service provider and process the information according to the Client's instructions and this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact and inquiry details: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your messages when you fill out a form, book a call, or email us.
Client account information: business details, brand assets, billing contacts, and login information for users of our platform.

Information from connected platforms

When a Client connects an account to our platform, we access only the data needed to provide the Services. Depending on the connection, this may include:

Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): Page and Instagram account details, posts and comments, messages sent to the business, lead form submissions, ad account and campaign data, and performance insights.
Google (Google Ads, Business Profile): ad account, campaign, and performance data; business listing details, posts, and reviews.
Messaging and email providers (such as Twilio and our email delivery provider): phone numbers, email addresses, message content, delivery status, and opt-in or opt-out records.

Information collected automatically

Our website and hosting provider may collect standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, to operate and secure the website.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate, and improve the Services, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content for Clients.
To capture leads for Clients and send messages that recipients have agreed to receive.
To create, manage, and report on advertising campaigns that Clients authorize.
To respond to inquiries, provide support, and send service-related communications.
To keep consent and opt-out records and comply with legal obligations.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We use artificial intelligence tools to help draft marketing content. Clients review and approve content before it is published.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except as directed by a Client for that Client's own advertising campaigns. We share information only:

With the Client the information belongs to.
With service providers that help us run the Services, such as hosting, database, email delivery, SMS and voice providers, and AI content tools. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
With the platforms a Client asks us to publish to or advertise on, such as Meta and Google, under those platforms' own terms and privacy policies.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our Clients, users, or the public.
In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages.

Recipients can reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Google user data

Panoramic Nuggets' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When a Client disconnects an account or ends its relationship with us, we delete or anonymize the related data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it. Consent and opt-out records may be kept longer to show compliance.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and two-factor authentication on our accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Text messages: reply STOP.
Access, correction, and deletion: email us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

If your information was collected by one of our Clients, we may refer your request to that Client and help them respond.

9. Health information

Our Services are designed for marketing and lead generation only. We do not request or store medical records, diagnoses, or other protected health information, and Clients agree not to send it to us through the Services.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and notify Clients of material changes.
