Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: October 18, 2026

You can ask Panoramic Nuggets to delete data we hold about you at any time, including data we received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Google.

Option 1: Remove our app from Facebook or Instagram

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. On Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Find Panoramic Nuggets and select Remove.
3. This immediately stops our access. To also delete data we already have, send us a request using Option 2.

Option 2: Email us a deletion request

Email contact@panoramicnuggets.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your name, and the email address or phone number connected to your data.
• The business or Facebook Page you interacted with, if you know it.
• Whether you want all data deleted or only certain information.

What happens next

• We will confirm we received your request within 5 business days and may ask you to verify your identity.
• We will delete your data from our systems within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
• We may keep a minimal record of your opt-out or deletion request so we can continue to honor it, and any data the law requires us to keep.
• If your data was collected by one of our business clients, we will delete it from our platform and notify that client so they can delete it from their own records.
